The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) is a UK police agency dedicated to protecting children from harm both online and in the real world. CEOP has a unique, holistic approach to tackling child sexual abuse and exploitation. In addition to tracking offenders wherever they may be and bringing them to account, CEOP also provides advice and guidance to help children of all ages stay safe online and is active in sharing best practice techniques with the wider child protection community.
This app provides quick and easy access to online safety information and advice from CEOP, including our range of engaging and award-winning education films, our websites and social media channels.
If you have any concerns about suspected child sex offender activity you can report this directly to CEOP via the app in the ‘Report’ section. This could be someone acting inappropriately towards you, or a child or young person that you know by trying to engage in sexual chat, asking you to do something that makes you feel uncomfortable or being insistent on meeting up.
