The Lync Pre Call Diagnostic Tool (PCD) is a client based application that allows Lync users to see how the current state of the network might impact the media quality of an upcoming call. PCD shows a graphical view of your network metrics including Network Mean Opinion Score (MOS), packet loss and packet interarrival jitter.
IMPORTANT - To use this app, you need to have a Lync account. Some functionality may require an update to the Lync Server and may not be available to all users. If you are not sure about your Lync account status, please contact your local IT department for support.
