You need to have a Lync account to use this app. Also, some functionality might require an update to Lync Server or might not be available to all users. If you’re not sure about your account status, please contact your IT department.
The Pre Call Diagnostic Tool (PCD) is a client-based application that allows a user to see how the current state of the network might impact the media quality in an upcoming call. PCD shows a graphical view of your network metrics – Network MOS, Packet Loss and Interarrival Jitter.
