The Maps app, powered by Bing, makes it easy for you to quickly find and get to the places you’re looking for. Designed for Windows, the Maps app puts control at your fingertips. Quickly pinpoint, save and explore the locations you care about, get directions, see traffic conditions, and more - all with a few swipes or taps of the Maps app.

Rich maps and imagery – Explore your world in road and aerial view, including angled “Birds eye” view and venue maps for thousands of locations. Pan and zoom to get the details you need.
Directions - Get exactly where you want to go with detailed driving, walking and transit directions.
Traffic - Check traffic conditions, estimated travel times and see traffic incidents.
Search and explore: Get information on everything from favorite restaurants to nearest gas station, including phone numbers and business hours. Click on landmarks or explore what’s nearby by category.
Personalize your experience – Add home, work and other favorites, and set your location. Search and select destinations from your contacts list, and pin locations and routes to your Start screen.
