OnTarget is a program to help shooters to measure shooting precision/accuracy.
The target picture can be from disk, camera, or scanner; the result can be saved, printed, or export to image file.
The program supports mouse or touch operations for zoom/pan/move. After getting started, the brief instruction is shown as background.
