Please read this End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully before using the software. By using the Software, you agree to accept all the terms of this Agreement. When you install, download or use the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement by clicking the "Agree/Accept" button. General licensed use and restrictions This Agreement allows you to install and use one copy of the software on one computer for one person at a time. This Agreement does not allow you to use the software on more than one computer at a time, and does not allow you to share the software on a network for simultaneous use on multiple computers. However, for backup purposes, you can make a copy in machine-readable form, provided that the backup contains all copyright and other intellectual property notices in their entirety. Sharing the Software with others or allowing them to view the content of the software is also a violation of this Agreement. Biggerlens and its licensors (specifically Biggerlens referred to in sections 6 and 7) hereby disclaim responsibility FOR ALL warranties or CONDITIONS, express, implied, or statutory, relating to the PhotoRetouch Software. These include, but are not limited to, warranties and/or conditions of test-marketability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-intrusive use, and non-infringement of third party rights. Biggerlens does not warrant that it will not interfere with your uninterrupted use of the Software, that the features contained in the Software will meet your requirements, that the operation of the Software will not be interrupted or errors will not occur, or that defects in the Software will be corrected. No distributor, agent or employee of PhotoRetouch has the right to modify, expand or supplement this disclaimer in any way. If the Program is proven to be defective, you are responsible for the cost of all services, repairs or corrections. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on applicable consumer statutory rights, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. 6.
