Universal Interval Timer is an app enabling you to create your own Interval Training exercises or workout.
You can use it to build your custom HIIT session or WOD! Moreover, the application is preset with the famous "7 Minutes Workout" :)
You will be able to define:
- The exercise name
- The number of rounds
- The Warm up time
- The Work time
- The Rest time
- The movements you want to perform during the exercise. When the app will be running, it will display the movement to execute at the specified round
