Agreement By downloading, installing, or using the Kingdom Of Legends application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out in this License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Please read the Agreement carefully. 2. License The App is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the App creator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use. 3. Restrictions You may not: a) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as allowed by applicable law. b) Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. c) Copy, decompile, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the App. d) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice included in the App. 4. Intellectual Property All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the App, including any updates, enhancements, and new features, are owned by the App creator or its licensors. 5. Content The App provides educational content categorized into various sections. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content will be free from errors or omissions. 6. Age Restrictions The App is designed for developers and app users. This App also represents our portfolio. 7. Termination This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will be terminated automatically without notice from the App creator if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. 8.
