- To each item of the checklist you can attach pdf, video, images. Audits can be planned and the inspections calendar is always available to auditors
- Once the checklist has been identified with its QR Code, the auditor can add signatures, pdf, photos, notes and highlight the critical issues while filling the fields, and can also point out the root cause.
- The auditor verifies whether the anomalies of previous inspections have been solved, in real time.
- After the inspection has been completed, the App generates the report in PDF format, and sends it to the appointees; the auditor can then define the Action Plan.
- The list of interventions and priorities is distributed by e-mail to the proper anomaly appointees.
- Each appointee, whom can only see the items he was assigned to, confirms the completion of his tasks, and the system tracks that the item has been closed
