The program is a PC client that works with the SMS from PC app on your iPhone. It allows you to send SMS and MMS messages from the comfort of your personal computer.
On your iPhone, connect to the same WiFi network as your computer and launch the SMS from PC application.
Once the connection is established, start typing the names of your contacts in the address field, the client will automatically suggest them according to your contacts stored on your phone. Write the message and press the send button. Then just confirm the sending on your phone.
