It will save you time writing notes, improve meeting efficiency and reduce misunderstandings, arguments and disputes.
This Windows App integrates closely with an online database platform and allows you to use your PC or laptop to make sound, video and telephone recordings of your important meetings and conversations.

- A structured media file management database of all your recorded meetings and conversations.
- A meeting planner/organiser designed to create and distribute formal meeting agendas.
- Convert meeting agenda items into “time-tags” which link to the sections of the recording where you make conclusions or decisions on the topics discussed.
- Ability to search and click “time-tags” to easily review specific sections of conversations which covered specific topics.
- A transcript management system, which includes the option to generate machine or human transcripts of all or just parts of your meeting recordings.
- A document generator, which is designed to collate your typed notes or portions of the transcribed content, so you can easily auto-generate Meeting Minutes.
- The ability to distribute the full meeting record to anyone you think appropriate or link the record to an existing CRM or other database
- Integration with Microsoft Teams.
Please note: the free version of the 151-151 Meeting Manager Windows app is restricted to storing 5 recordings on the local device. The free trial of the online database also has a restricted credit limit. These restrictions are removed when the App is activated.
