Rubi enables you to store and maintain your important customer, client and membership information in one convenient location, accessible to all your users. As Rubi is cloud-based, your system will be available from any device connected to the internet. The built-in Interactions features allow your users to record vital history notes, emails and communications with your customers as well as being able to create tasks and alerts for future actions.
Rubi also includes a built-in Reporting module enabling you to build, create and save your own customised reports and export directly to Excel. The integrated Events/Training module will assist you in managing your dates and times, locations, sponsors and presenters while the Bookings module enables you to quickly add and update your attendees.
