An extensive route- and tour planning will assist your sales employees in optimizing their daily routine.
Service-App: The Service-App mobilizes service teams and it provides an optimized customer support for all service- and maintenance requirements. Technicians have access to all of their service requests on their mobile devices, including detailed information related to service points (location, technical master data, spare parts, maintenance and repair documentation, safety indications, etc.). Your service teams can browse the complete service history up to 24 months in the past, even offline (alert service bulletin, repair orders, inspection reports, etc.). Thus, service and repair requests will be closed faster and easily documented using predefined checklists directly on the mobile devices.
