VoiceOfClock is a timer, alarm, and time signal by synthesized voice application.
Synthesized voice can be selected as "Narrator's voice" installed in Windows.
You can also specify a "music file" as the notification sound. This can be done by importing a music file from the "Manage notification sounds" menu.
