With Synappx Go, you can focus on the meeting, not complex meeting technology, helping you maximize collaboration and productivity.
For the meeting room display, Synappx Go offers enhanced security features so that multiple users can use & share one PC in a meeting room. IT Admins can pick and choose which applications they would like users to have easy access to, which Windows functions they would like available (taskbar, desktop apps, etc.), and customize the look and feel of Full Screen mode.
On your laptop, Synappx Go optimizes Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) by automating meetings from start and to end times through a consistent user experience. By entering the code on the display, users will kick start the web conference on the in-room PC and their laptop where their speakers and microphone will automatically be muted. Once the meeting has started, they have the ability to control all aspects of their meeting from their personal device!
Starting a meeting
- Your web conference meeting like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and GoToConnect can be started quickly from your laptop by simply selecting your meeting and entering the pairing code.
- When starting an ad hoc meeting, Synappx Go will automatically create an invite, book the selected workspace in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and start the web conference.
- Synappx Go automatically starts the correct web conferencing service, connects to in-room audio and camera solutions, and mutes your laptop speakers and microphone while instantly engaging both in-room and remote attendees.
During a meeting
- From the Synappx meeting assistant you can share documents directly onto the display to share while also controlling the display speakers, microphone, and screen sharing all from your personal device
- The trackpad allows you to move the mouse around and type on the display so you can edit documents together.
End & Leave meeting
- If you need to leave the meeting while it is still going, simply press the “Leave” button to end the meeting just for you.
- If you would like to end the meeting on your laptop and on the display, press “End”
- When the meeting ends, Synappx Go automatically disconnects any audio and video devices used during the meeting
- When on, Reset room will clear browser cache, close applications, and delete documents created during the meeting (settings are default off and configurable).
This application requires Synappx Go service accounts. The Synappx Go mobile app is required to utilize Synappx Go collaboration features.
