This is an app for HAM Amateur or Shortwave Radio Station operators, meant to help hf operators detect where there station is current receivable. So if a ham radio operator wants to know if they can currently be received in a certain city, they can open a radio receiver there with a click of a button and see if they are coming in.
Please note, the app must be run as administrator to save recordings to the root of the c:\ drive.
