Chaupar is an ancient cross-and-circle game, an ancestor to modern versions of Pachisi, Parcheesi, Trouble, Sorry! and Ludo. Two teams of two attempt to move their pegs around the board and return home before their opponents.
Chaupar has been played in countless places around the world for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Many rules variations have evolved in different places over time and, as such, this version can only be considered one variation and is not intended to be considered an official or sanctioned version.
For the new Windows 10 version (v2.0.0), the ad support has been removed and an add-on for a completely voluntary donation has been added to the store, should you wish to support the development.
The Windows 8/8.1 version still uses ads, which can be removed for a small fee.
Enjoy!
