Miles Ledbetter finds himself homeless and hopeless after being framed of business crimes and serving two years in prison. His life is about to change after meeting seven year old Teddy Dukes in the park one day. Miles wonders if his life will ever improve, and young Teddy devises a plan to recruit Mile's help with troubles he's having at school.
