This three-part series is about Sergeant Cooper the police car pursuing two villains, Fog and Madjet. What began as a routine pursuit is now impossible to believe. Madjet stole a time traveling device and sent himself and Fog to year 1903. Cooper, along with the help of agents, travels back in time to catch them. There's no place for villains to hide from the police, no matter where they are.
