While striving to live the American Dream in blue-collar Baltimore, Roc (Charles S. Dutton) and his wife (Ella Joyce) must cope with Roc's highly opinionated father (Carl Gordon) and his fast-and-loose younger brother (Rocky Carroll). There's never a dull moment as the colorful and strong-minded family battle life and each other in Roc.
