A slim body of water, only 21 miles separates a stranded group of refugees at the Calais France border from their promise land of the UK. These refugees have survived the most grueling conditions in order to reach UK, most are stuck there, waiting indefinitely. A revolving group of dedicated volunteers are out there every day trying to make life a little more hopeful for those seeking refuge.
