This is a beginner to intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class. The class includes the breakdown of 3 different postures during the practice to help newer students learn the proper alignment of these postures, that include beginner postures (Chataranga Dandasana and prayer twist) as well as a more challenging posture (side crow). This class is great for those newer to yoga, as well as more experienced students looking to learn proper alignment in their yoga practice.
