Part hermit, part biologist, Doug Stewart and Stan Hutchings are among the last of the "Guardians," living on boats full-time as they monitor salmon for Canada's Dept. of Fisheries & Oceans in one of the last pristine frontiers of the world: the Great Bear Rainforest, on the Pacific coast of British Columbia.
