Mirte is a grumpy cleaner in the airport immigration centre, a single mother who cannot take care of her son (9), just about keeping a grip on her life by following strict routines, until a West African refugee arrives who is not put off by her aggression. During 10 days of his asylum procedure their disruptive encounters lead to an unexpected relationship that challenges Mirte to change her life.
