When Sarah, a lonely and deeply troubled woman, inadvertently enters an AA meeting, she is embraced by its members who believe that she too is an alcoholic. What the meeting is all about, she doesn't know... her motive for going to the community center was to meet face-to-face with Charlie, a handsome man who she has seen regularly standing in front of the center, adjacent to her apartment window, before entering what she supposes is some sort of Bible study.
