Join Cameron Gilley in this live Flowing Hatha Yoga class at Wanderlust Whistler. This series of classic Hatha Yoga postures are linked together in a slow flow, guided by intentional breath. The arc of the class will be an intelligent build from foundational warm-up work, to a series of more challenging standing postures, followed by a relaxing cool-down series and Savasana, and ending with a short meditation.
