A high school honor student and his drug dealing brother are forced to look at the connection between themselves and the world, while two Atlanta police officers are drawn towards their own linked destinies. One cop is a decorated war hero, the other has a questionable past. Bound looks beyond societal conventions, and forces a dialogue between what is perception and what is reality.
