Shep is a drifter who criss-crosses the country with his thirteen-year-old daughter, Nora. En-route to a lucrative construction job in Baja, Mexico, Shep drops in on old friends. Enchanted by the people and the community, Nora, longing for a home of her own, yearns to stay.
