Jackie Robinson had a tremendous impact not just on the game of baseball, but on American society and history as a whole. He continued to do so, into his retirement years until his untimely passing at the age of 53. This film pays great tribute to the man who is the definition of what a role model should be to African Americans, to the sport of baseball and to the world.
