HahaKaar is a culmination of 50 minutes of random jokes and stories from Gaurav Kapoor. It’s basically stories from his life or his friends’ life or friends of friends’ life. However, he will tell it like all these things happened with him and he is the victim of a weird school, weird job, weird trips and weird friends. Also, there are a lot of lies in the show which you will never know. The show covers several parts of his life starting with school to corporate job to city shifting to travel plans to every Indian comedian’s favourite topic, “middle class” and much more. These jokes and stories have been written over the last 2 years and have been tried at numerous open mics before putting it in the live show of HaHaKaar. HahaKaar was shot in a small room of about 70 people mainly for the reason of giving a cosy feel to it. The whole thought was that it should not look like a grand show at all. Anyone watching should feel like some friend is just telling stories.
