A children's sci-fi film loosely based on a story "Wizard Walked through the City" ("A Magician in Town) "by Yuri Tomin. Once a 4th-grade boy Tolik finds a box of magic matches while hiding behind the iron door of a transformer booth. Every match, when broken, can act like a magic wand. Once Tolik, his 2 best friends and a dog find themselves on an fantastic island of an evil wizard of their age.
