Yuppie Barth has arranged for a private dining room in a fancy restaurant in order to make a business presentation to his girlfriend Claudia to convince her to marry him. But he keeps blowing it, mostly because Claudia would rather be romanced than hear a sales pitch. Luckily their "bumbling" waiter Spike isn't so bumbling after all -- he's saving the day.
