International hotel heiress, socialite, and reality TV star, Paris Hilton, journeys to the United Arab Emirates to film the latest version of her hit show. Twenty-four wannabes from 23 countries, all currently living in Dubai, will be whittled down to twelve contestants who will fight each other for Paris Hilton's affections in the hopes of becoming her "best friend forever."
