A prison psychiatrist secretly implants a microchip into the brain of a dangerous criminal to reform his behavior. Instantly, he is transformed into a weird college student, joins a fraternity, and falls in love with a sorority sister. All goes well until a series of disturbing events are detected on campus, resulting in the most tricky Halloween night in university history.
