Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
We provide weekly workouts that will differ from session to session. We have some great beginner workouts to get you started, and when you feel ready you can start our mainstream workouts. We have lots of different types of workouts ranging from HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts, Pilates workouts, weights workouts and much more.
Free Fitness Gym also has a nutrition section to help you with healthy eating and pointing you in the right direction when it comes to your daily food intake.
We have a very friendly community at Free Fitness Gym, who help to support each other from week to week.
