3 Latino teens work for a Russian Mobster (Blood In Blood out star Damian Chapa). He teaches them all there is to know about becoming a thief. The teen's bitterness from their childhoods creates their robin hood like mission: to take from the Rich and give to the poor. Everything looks golden until they cross paths with a maniac cop (Jeff Conaway star of Grease).
