The High Tatra, the smallest high mountain range in Europe is a magnificent mountain landscape with majestic rocky mountains and many lakes. The Tatra Railway travels from Štrbské Pleso Station which connects a number of the Tatra region's spa resorts. The ride in the comfortable tram-like carriages continues steadily uphill to great views providing a relaxing mix of nostalgia and nature.
