Ten famous comedians spend six hours competing in a locked down house full of cameras with one single goal: making their rivals laugh without laughing themselves. Santiago Segura and Xavier Deltell in the first season, and Silvia Abril and Carolina Iglesias in the second, will make sure the rules are being followed because in LOL, whoever laughs loses. Anything goes in order to make the others laugh, and the contestants will use all the tools in their arsenal to surprise each other: impressions, jokes, songs, games, cakes to the face… plus all the surprises their hosts have in store for them. Keeping a straight face is difficult and one by one the comedians are eliminated. Who will stay strong until the end and win the 100,000 euros for the charity of their choosing?
