In 2015, Clay Soper (age 19) accidentally died from mixing prescription drugs with alcohol. If They Had Known is an honest account of Clay's death spoken by the friends who were with him. During a party, he and his friends mixed Xanax with alcohol and the combination caused Clay's heart to stop. They had no idea that combining prescription drugs with alcohol could kill them or their friend.
