The documentary tells the situation of degradation and illegality of the Saraceno Park district in the city of Castel Volturno in Italy, through interviews and the everyday life in abandoned buildings. The neighborhood is part of the Villaggio Coppola area and consists of thirty buildings built in the late '60s, inhabited by American soldiers stationed in the area, and then abandoned.
