Cardio Dance with us is an exhilarating, heart-pumping workout that combines cardio moves, dance and body sculpting to get you a slimmer look as well as a strength and flexibility. There will not be any unnecessary explanations of the instructor, and you will feel yourself just like in your dance or fitness studio. The first part is warming up, followed by the dance combo, where you'll learn a base move, add in the harder exercises and finish by repeating the entire combo, than ABS and stretching.
