These 10 minute routines are based on major energetic and emotional themes you may encounter during your day. Pick and choose from the Matrix system the topics you want to practice or may need to bring into harmony: Core, Heart, Relax and Unwind, Stress Release, Twist and Flow, Yoga Flow, and Meditation. While each practice is concise they can be combined with others for a longer workout. Stress Release is a 10 minute practice that allows you to let it all go and removes excess stress trapped in the body.
