Babu Anna (Akhilendra Mishra) is an underworld don and is robbed from his bank account via an Internet theft. The police are clueless about the robber, while Anna wants revenge. Neha Mehra (Kareena Kapoor) is upset after getting a phone call from Babu Anna. She tells Jai Malhotra (Shahid Kapoor) that her dead father owed money to Babu Anna's gang. To repay the amount, he turns accomplice for gang of criminals who were responsible for the Internet thefts. Jai spots a rich man named Vikram Singh (Fardeen Khan) and decides to steal money from him. Vikram figures out plot and catches Jai. On learning the whole story, Vikram reveals that he is also a part of the gang and agrees to help Jai. The bid fails and Jai runs to Neha's apartment. He is horrified to learn that they indeed stole all the money and Neha's love was just a con to deceive him. Will Jai be able to take revenge for the con hatched by Neha and Vikram.
