After a series of shark attacks, an author and professional shark-killer venture out to sea, to track the 35-foot great white. All the while, the town's mayor, who is blinded by ambition, is quite willing to risk the safety of his citizens in order to keep a wind-surfing regatta necessary to his gubernatorial campaign from being cancelled. The deaths pile up as the shark-hunters try everything from dynamite, steak, and a helicopter attack to destroy the uber-smart shark. Directed by Enzo G. Castellari. Produced by Maurizio Amati and Ugo Tucci. Written by Ramón Bravo, Vincenzo Mannino (screenplay), Marc Princi, and Ugo Tucci (story.) Cinematography by Alberto Spagnoli.
