Antonio is twelve. He lives in Jerez de la Frontera in southern Andalusia. Born into a Gypsy family of flamenco artists, he dreams of performing on television. Thanks to a regional contest of guitar on the radio, he is about to make his dream come true and register a video clip. Antonio has been playing the guitar since he was five and is completely self-taught. He is never without his guitar, as he uses it to express his feelings; the high and low moments of his childhood. Before playing, Antonio even talks to his guitar as he would a friend. Together, they feel so much stronger... There are eight of them: eight children from every corner of the planet. As different as they are, one thing unites them: music. Their instruments are often unusual because they are rooted in their countries' traditions. The Kids, Music & Dance series invites you to discover the music of these special children and the close relationship they have with their instruments.
