As the venue welcomes its first guests, the pressure is on to deliver the promise of immaculate service and ultimate luxury to match the breath-taking views. For the newly appointed staff given the task of delivering the high standards expected, this is the high point of their careers in more ways than one. The pressure to get every detail right is intense, with 185 rooms and four dining areas catering for weddings, parties and events as well as hotel guests the staff must strive for excellence, despite the tricky logistics of being 50 floors up in the sky.
