This documentary follows a young Mexican boy who befriends desert animals. The feature was directed by the team of Horace and Stacy Woodard, known for such movies as their Oscar winning City of Wax and The Negro Soldier. Both of the Woodard brothers are considered documentary pioneers, specializing in the use of a two-ton camera made for shooting the tiniest of insects.
