A high-intensity program that includes warm-up, deep stretching, detailed explanation and practicing of basic taekwondo kicks, followed by learning the cardio taekwondo routine with music (that is aerobic-dance-taekwondo mix). Nothing fancy or complicated, this cardio challenge is simply fast-paced and non-stop. There will not be any unnecessary explanations of the instructor, and you will feel yourself just like in your martial arts or fitness studio.
