Hiding out from Russian mobsters, American criminals Settimo (Dan Hedaya) and Gino (Danny Nucci) pay a visit to their Scottish cousin, Roberto (Gerald Lepkowski). The unassuming Scotsman operates a small restaurant and believes his relatives are businessmen. When the Russians send hit men after Settimo and Gino, Roberto is pulled into the dangerous situation.
