Star couple and horror fanatics Tempestt Bledsoe and Darryl Bell invite three celebrities (Jaleel White, Shoniqua Shandai, and Lil’ Xan) and their friends to play a game of terror. Hours outside of the comforts of Hollywood they will each face three terrifying haunts. Their only goal? Don't scream! A "Scream Meter" calculates every shriek they make, and the judges will add more points for running, hiding, or closing their eyes. The first haunt is the "Chamber of the Damned" where they face everything from a killer swamp creature to a vampire's tomb. Up next is the "Tests of Terror" where each team faces a challenge inspired by their own fears including "The Carnival" (killer clowns), "The Invasion" (infectious aliens), and "The Catacombs" (deadly skeletons and ghouls). To complete the horrifying gauntlet they will endure the scariest haunt yet, "Sundown Manor," where they will face the devil, an electrocution chamber, demonic dolls, and a whole lot more. The team with the lowest combined score will survive the night—and take home the Medals of Mayhem.
