Karabas, a shamanistic con artist from Kyrgyzstan’s countryside, is reunited with his long lost son. This leads to quarrels between his two wives. Karabas is always on the run from the people he just scammed. When his older wife Zhipara finds their long-lost son Uluk in an orphanage, she hopes to become his favorite again, while his second wife Turganbyubyu is also pregnant.
